On 19 November 2009, there was extensive flooding in the Cumbria area and we are assisting a number of clients in Cockermouth and surrounding areas as well as Ambleside.
Our clients in Cockermouth include a number of landlords of multiple property ownership and we have also received instructions to deal with several serious claims at high quality hotels in the area including The Lodore Falls Hotel and The Inn on the Lake.
In Ambleside, we have been instructed by the owners of The Wateredge Inn which was flooded to depths in excess of 5ft and we are dealing with a number of holiday homes at Windermere Marina.
