Contentious Claims Guide
Contentious Insurance Claims
Many firms of loss assessors shy away from claims which become difficult due to Insurers not wishing to pay them or to severely restrict payment, whereas we thrive on the challenge provided by such claims.
We have a track record of taking over claims which other loss assessors were unable to resolve and providing a successful outcome for our clients.
If we believe that there is a valid claim, we will fight the Insurers to the end, including submitting the matter, on behalf of our clients, to the Financial Ombudsman Service as well as, in appropriate cases, recommending solicitors with whom we work on a regular basis and who, from time to time, provide recommendations for ourselves.
In the event that you have already instructed a firm of loss assessors, and you are unhappy with their performance, please telephone us to discuss the matter confidentially, although before we can take any formal action on your behalf it will be necessary for you to terminate your contract with the other assessors.
